In the case of asserting claims of any kind, from competition law or copyright law We ask you to contact us immediately to avoid unnecessary legal disputes, warnings and costs.
If claims of the type mentioned above are complained about, we promise remedial action before a final legally binding clarification,
through which a possible risk of repetition is bindingly excluded.
Any costs incurred from a legal warning without prior contact,
would then be rejected for failure to observe a duty to mitigate damage.
In this sense unnecessary or unjustified warnings and follow-up measures would be answered with a negative declaratory action.
